This one almost didn't happen. I was heading down to Swamis early one morning when the light stopped me in my tracks — the sun cresting the cliffs, casting that soft golden haze over the water, the whole coastline glowing like it was lit from within. I grabbed my camera and shot it right there on the stairs.
It's been my most loved print ever since. People who grew up surfing Swamis always recognize it immediately. Everyone else just feels it.
