The sun was low and the water was doing something I hadn't seen before — light pouring across the surface like it was coming from underneath, the whole ocean turning to silver and gold.
I was in Waikiki on a campaign shoot, camera already in hand. I turned around and shot this.
Some places just do that. Hawaii has a way of making you stop mid-sentence.
